Switzerland Trip: Lucerne

Switzerland Trip: Lucerne, Tarun Chandel Photoblog

I was lucky that I landed in Lucerne when it was snowing there. As you might have noticed that, lately, I have grown a fascination with rivers, so I headed straight for a walk along the river Reuss. Lucerne (also called Luzern) is a really unique place, it has a beautiful river, steep hills (be prepared to walk uphill) and has a huge lake as well. I preferred to walk most of the time while I was in Lucerne, but there are good (and warm) buses that you can take to travel locally.
