Glasgow Cathedral Tainted Glasswork

Glasgow Cathedral Tainted Glasswork , Tarun Chandel Photoblog

The interiors of the Glasgow Cathedral are breathtaking it is hard to believe that a building that looks so unimpressive can be such a piece of beauty from inside. May be someone wanted me to realize that one should never judge anyone based on its outer appearance, the real beauty lies inside! Designed with tainted glasses and artistic high alters, Glasgow Cathedral beats any Church in beauty. You can spend hours walking around and appreciating the details of artistic design. The place has a strange peace that helps you to connect with your inner self.

Lower Church is said to be even older than the whole Glasgow Cathedral it is said to be there from the year 400 but some say that it is there in its current form from year 1200. Wow! An 800 hundred old church! If that sounds amazing the place is even more astonishing. The windows of lower church have a lot of paintings and they are supposed to depict some Scottish historic events. The Father at church tried telling me those stories but as I am not that aware of the Scottish history I could comprehend little.
